Winds a howlin’ people dyin’ rain drops a droppin’
Make waves filling up the city and killing people
Lifting casino motels off the ground and throwin’ them across town
Killin’ everyone in its path
Cars floatin’ around with people still inside them
Breakin’ the walls that held in the sea
I watched the news and saw the tide of death and destruction left by Katrina
The worst hurricane ever
